Warranties, refunds and returns:
a) Erskine Rose is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective. In such cases, we offer the returns facilities described below.
b) All goods supplied by Erskine Rose are warranted to be generally free from defects in workmanship and materials and fit for the purpose for which such goods would normally be used. If you purchase goods in the course of your business, all other express or implied terms or warranties relating to the goods are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Subject to this, however, goods are not tested or sold as being fit for any particular or for use under specific conditions, unless expressly agreed in writing. All services provided by Erskine Rose will be provided with reasonable skill and care and within a reasonable period. If you purchase services in the course of your business, all other express or implied terms or warranties relating to the services are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
c) Subject to the right of consumers to return goods for refund under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 Erskine Rose does not sell products on a trial basis. Customers are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications of products before ordering.
d) In the event that Erskine Rose, at its discretion (unless the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations apply), agrees to accept the return for credit of unwanted products, the goods must be returned within the guidelines of this Returns Policy.
e) If, upon receiving your Product(s), they are damaged or the printing is faulty, you may request a refund in accordance with clause (f) below. We will not refund you if the Product(s) are in a good condition but the content is wrong due to a mistake made when ordering
f) You can request a refund of your Order within 7 days of the date of receipt of the Product(s). Please email email@example.com with a description of the damage and photograph/s. We do not take responsibility for customer generated mistakes.
g) If products are delivered faulty, we will refund you the total amount you paid for the Product(s) plus any delivery charges you may have paid, within 30 days of the day on which you provide us with evidence that the Product(s) are faulty. You will receive an email confirmation of your refund.
h) In the event that the customer decides they want to return or exchange any products ordered and received, you will incur the return delivery cost. Products must be packaged with care, and any products returned that have been damaged in transit due to poor packaging, will not be refunded.
